Richard Dobbs, company owner and president, is a national registered foodservice consultant, with over
30 years of experience as a project manager and coordinator. Mr. Dobbs also spent 8 years in the US Army as
a project manager with the Department of Defense. Mr. Dobbs' skills include assessments of future projects,
budgeting, site selections, design and the remodel of existing facilities to meet new and on-going

Jerilyn Silver-Duran
Co-Consultant, Project Manager
Jerilyn Silver-Duran has over nine years of experience in foodservice facility planning. She is responsible for space planning kitchens, support areas, seating and bar layouts. Ms. Silver-Duran has experience in interior design, furniture design, landscape architecture and communication. She brings the importance of function to the design. Some of her more notable projects include: Santa Fe Community College, US Air Force Academy Mitchell Hall Renovation and two new High Schools (2,400 students each). She is the head of our CAD department, coordinating all CAD files between RDA and the client. She oversees collecting data, preliminary space programming and design development.

Procurement Services Manager
Angela Lucero works with the project manager and writes equipment specifications clearly.
Equipment manufacturers often change specifications, and one cannot assume accessories are included.
Angela is here to write all of the specifics and make sure the client receives every consideration.

Contract Administrator, Assistant Project Manager
Melanie Kimball joined RDA Design Group after working over 12 years in the accounting department of a restaurant chain.
Her experience working on the customer side of foodservice makes her a great asset to our company.
She oversees all communications on projects, ensures tasks are performed on time and that RDA adheres to project schedules.
She is also responsible for progress billing.
