Richard Dobbs, FCSI Principal in Charge Richard@RDADesignGroup.com Richard is responsible for the coordination and direction of the project team and coordination with the clients. He is directly involved with each phase of the projects ensuring strict conformance with applicable regulations, schedules, budgets, and other requirements as determined by the needs of the project. Richard has over twenty years of experience as a project manager and coordinator, which include his years of assisting as project manager with the Department of Defense. Fifteen of those years have been spent in project planning, design, and development. Richard also has an extensive background in assessments of future projects, budgeting, site selections, and the remodel of existing facilities to meet new and on-going changes in operations. EDUCATION: University of Southern California, College of the Desert, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Logistics, U.S. Army Advance Logistics Programming & Management. PROFESSIONAL: FFCI - Recognized by peers as a professional Food Service Facility Design Consultant; FCSI: Nominated for membership in (FCSI) Foodservice Consultant Society International. Jerilyn Silver Project Manager jeri@RDADesignGroup.com Jeri plays a key roll in the overall design function and flow of the restaurant. She will be responsible for space planning kitchen support areas, seating and bar layouts. Jeri's experience in interior design and communication is a valuable asset. She brings the importance of function to the design. She is currently working on her degree at T.V.I. She has experience in different fields, such as, furniture design and landscape architecture. Her knowledge of art and interior design make her valuable to our professional team.
