Richard is responsible for the coordination and direction of the project team and coordination with the clients. He is directly involved with each phase of the projects ensuring strict conformance with applicable regulations, schedules, budgets, and other requirements as determined by the needs of the project. Richard has over twenty years of experience as a project manager and coordinator, which include his years of assisting as project manager with the Department of Defense. Fifteen of those years have been spent in project planning, design, and development. Richard also has an extensive background in assessments of future projects, budgeting, site selections, and the remodel of existing facilities to meet new and on-going changes in operations.
EDUCATION: University of Southern California, College of the Desert, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Logistics, U.S. Army Advance Logistics Programming & Management.

FCSI: Nominated for membership in (FCSI) Foodservice Consultant Society International. Certified by the U.S. Army Quartermaster/Logistics & Support Services Manager; Recognized as a professional Project Manager for the U.S. Department of Defense.
